If you prefer, all transactions can transpire via fax, email and mail. The Solid Source Family First Transaction Management System allows you to see your contract paperwork for THREE years ONLINE so you can access your transactions through your electronic office file. This is a revolutionary way to simplify maintaining your personal or team transactions! All offices can be used by Solid Source agents 24/7. There are surveillance cameras for security in the offices and each location is staffed and fully equipped with computers, fax, color copier, 42" plasma in the conference room to impress your clients and beautifully furnished meeting space!

You may also call or email for more information. There are weekly orientations held on Tuesday at 1:00 pm in the Charlotte Office: 7005 Shannon Willow Rd Suite #300, Charlotte, NC, 28226. The orientation takes approximately 60 minutes and will give you an overview of how to use the technology tools offered free of charge and allow you to get the "feel" of the atmosphere to see if it is right for you.

Just licensed? Congratulations! We suggest that new agents partner with a mentor for the first three transactions. Mentors will go to your first listing presentation and closing to ensure you are comfortable. Mentors typically charge 70/30 for these transactions and then you are welcome to move to the100% commission plan.
