Fee Schedule
Thank you for your interest in Solid Source Family First Realty. The following information details our property management fees.
Effective July 1, 2009
- We require $250 paid at the time of signing which is deposited into your account and is credited towards any future fees, i.e. lease up fee, accounting fee, advertising, etc.
- Our management fee is 8% of the monthly rental rate
- A lease up fee, equal to 50% of the month's rent, is not due and payable until such time as the property is rented.
- If within the first six months of management an owner chooses to cancel, a $250 cancellation fee will apply.
